A vacuum cleaner cannot remove mites.
A vacuum cleaner can suck away mites on the surface of objects, but it will not kill the mites or inhibit their growth and reproduction. We should know that mites are sucked into the dust collection bag, or will run out of the vacuum cleaner, why is this? The reason is that mites are too small, the largest will not exceed 0.5 cm, it is because of the small volume, so after being sucked in, the filter screen of the general vacuum cleaner is not able to filter them out, the best, mites will drill through the filter screen, and return to the air.

Note: Mites that are sprayed back into the air are more harmful because they are small, light, suspended in the air and can easily be inhaled into the body's windpipe, causing allergic reactions. So, the general vacuum cleaner not only can not eliminate mites, but also encourage the rampant infestment of mites.
